Overview
Technology
PartyNode DAO is responsible for governing the entire PartyNode ecosystem, and is built on top of the DAOhaus protocol. The partnership was formed due to the sheer capabilities of DAOhaus' highly flexible SDK that met all the needs of the PartyNode governance design. Backed by the battle-tested Moloch v3 contracts and Gnosis Zodiac Standard, the DH team continues to offer new and improved tools and solutions for a plethora of unique use-cases.
To build on top of these foundational technologies, PartyNode introduces non-fungible token bound accounts (ERC6551) that act as members in the DAO which directly interact with the working capital loan service on behalf of their holders.
Structure
PartyNode DAO has two separate groups, each with unique responsibilities:
Operator Group (OG)
Co-Signer Group (CSG)
Elements
Each of the elements below are provided by the aforementioned core technologies and power the PartyNode solution:
Shared treasuries (Safes)
Proposal tool
Single option voting system (for OG members)
Single option voting tokens ($HOST)
Stake weighted voting system (for CSG members)
Stake weighted voting tokens ($FAVOR)
Non-fungible token bound accounts (ERC6551)
Shamans (smart contracts with DAO admin privileges)
Cross-chain governance
Continue within this section for a technical breakdown of each element and how the two groups within PartyNode DAO interact with them.
